I found location very convenient. MTR access was easy. The staff was helpful at check in. Lockhart Street offered nightlife. I appreciated close proximity to many restaurants.
The gym and pool are not located in the same building. This requires going outside.

the location is great, it's easy to get to and from the airport. there are lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel and i found it very convenient. the staff was also friendly and helpful .
the gym is very small. i thought it felt a little old.

the gym and pool required a walk to another building. this was somewhat inconvenient, especially when planning a quick workout.

The staff was helpful. they were cordial . the location is great. Wan chai metro station is only a short walk away. the room had all the necessary amenities.
i encountered some issues. there were calls from the hotel about cleaning services even with the 'do not disturb' light on. it was quite unacceptable. while woman receptionists are nice and polite.
